Our Story

Shooketh Foods was born at the intersection of a busy kitchen and a demanding lifestyle.

As a veterinarian and a chemical engineer, we (Sarah and Greg) spent years looking at health through the lens of science and quality. We are runners, hikers, climbers and active professionals who believe that "convenient" shouldn't be a synonym for "processed."

We were tired of the "macro-struggle"—the daily battle to hit protein goals and eat enough greens without spending hours prepping or settling for chalky, sugar-laden shakes. We wanted the power of a fresh, whole-food smoothie with the ease of a shelf-stable snack.

When we couldn't find a solution that met our standards, we decided to build one.
